Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us at contact@pommepommeofficial.com before sending anything back.

 

You can choose to use our prepaid return label, in which case the return shipping fee (82 SEK) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Alternatively, you may return the item using a shipping method of your choice. If you choose this option, the return must be sent with tracked shipping, and you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely. Please note that we do not issue refunds for items that are lost, delayed, or cannot be tracked, if you have arranged and paid for the return shipping yourself.

 

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned product and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Size Exchanges 

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not offer size exchanges.

For that reason, we strongly encourage you to double-check your sizing before placing an order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help guide you to the right size before your piece is made. Returns are offered as a last resort if you’re not satisfied with your piece, not as a way to adjust sizing post-purchase.
